My business was born as I was emerging from the chrysalis. A rebirth. A remembrance. A space holder for the shift.

I’m an embodiment coach, truth teller and container creatrix. I feel most aligned when supporting femme-identifying humans in their journey back to pleasure, sensuality and deep feeling found within the physical vessel.
Through powerful practices such as movement, breath, energy work, primal sound and release techniques I support my clients as they move through layers of healing, together leading to profound transformation.
