I’ve had 2 calls with Courtney now; the first was to discuss feminine health and the candida diet, the second call was a group TwerkShop she led. Courtney is a well-spring of knowledge, a powerful communicator, and an experienced energy facilitator, all wrapped up and delivered with her joyful smile, the sparkling intellect in her eyes, and her resonant voice. I love the power and strength that Courtney holds in herself and I think that this strong grasp of both feminine and masculine energies is a superpower she will bring to any circle and to every client. Courtney skillfully guides conversations as well as experiences, holding space for us to fully feel any emotions that might arise in our work together. I especially love how in touch Courtney is with the body and how energy moves within and through us. She effortlessly guided us through movements that allowed each and every one of us to access our own sensations in a tangible way.
